Love In Vain

It's Done

Mon Jun 8, 2009, 8:44 AM
I managed 4th place in the Southern California/Southern Nevada District Road Championships. For a full account, visit The Day of Reckoning. I'm starting a new series based on "still life" shots of daily life, with an emphasis on geometry. My first two have already been uploaded, 589 and Motel 6, Bakersfield. This isn't a departure from landscapes, just a different direction while the summer heat comes in to the desert, and I continue to race and train on my bike.

400000 Miles and Counting.

Also, I've started a new blog with my day to day photos and writings: Day to Day Life.

I'm actually going to RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology). About to graduate, actually--less than one year to go.

How's Vegas?

Construction projects are being walked away from. Budget cuts from hell in the school district. I still run the network at DPHS and love my job. It's not completely blazing hot yet for a change. A windy but mild spring.

Doesn't sound like much has changed. Still glad I graduated when I did—I've heard bad things about A-Tech these days.
